The current GEICO office generates more traffic than the proposed residential use. EYA will work with the County to address traffic through required studies and mitigation measures as needed.

Majority of townhomes will include two spaces per unit, condos will have one space each, and apartments will likely have about one space per unit, with additional guest parking provided along internal streets and bike infrastructure integrated throughout the site.
